WELCOME TO THE WILD LEGACY
PLANT A TREE, PLANT A TRAP OR PLANT A PASSION
Fiordland is known throughout the world for its spectacular scapes, unique fauna and mysterious waters. But we should never take these natural wonders for granted. Here lies a rare, fragile and precious ecosystem that needs us explorers to tread light, give back and support the next generation to do the same.
Whether you have just finished your Wild Fiordland adventure and are keen to contribute to one of our live projects, or are looking for ways to make a positive impact in this special place, learn more about our three ways to donate or come along on a conservation cruise.
PLANT A TRAP
We are working with The Coal Island Trust to support their vision in making Te Puka-Heraka, Coal Island a sanctuary for endangered species. The more traps you contribute, the more our native wildlife can flourish.
Wild Fiordland are also hosting a Te Puka-Heraka Conservation Cruise to Coal Island, and supporting The Trust with transport where required and donating 1% of all adventures.

PLANT A PASSION
We are all about bringing the next generation along for the journey and supporting our local tamariki to get involved in Wild Legacy projects. All contributions to this fund go towards securing a spot for an aspiring kaitiaki on a Wild Fiordland Conservation Cruise.
JOIN A CONSERVATION CRUISE
Join us on a 5-day adventure to Te Puka-Heraka (the tied anchor) otherwise known as Coal Island. This is your unique opportunity to contribute to the restoration efforts and do some meaningful work in this wild corner of Fiordland.
